During this months the WhiteRoom hosted 3 dinners around German White and English Green asparagus. Not only soups, quiches and Asparagus with Hollandaise were on the menu but the WhiteRoom offered Asparagus Ice Cream and Mousse for dessert. It was great to see reaction to the recipes - some of the guests had never tried the white variety and some from the continent loved to get their favourite seasonal fair.
